By purchasing a product from this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Jay & I Pty Ltd reserves the right to change any or all of the information contained herein at any time. Jay & I Pty Ltd reserves the right to refuse service, remove or edit content or cancel orders at their sole discretion. Any orders cancelled by Jay & I Pty Ltd, but paid for, will receive a full refund.
All prices are correct at time of publication; however we reserve the right to alter prices for any reason. If this should happen with 24 hours after you have ordered a product, we will contact you prior to processing your orders.
It is natural for those new to electronic purchasing to be concerned about security of personal and credit card details. In reality, a commerce transaction on the Internet is significantly more secure than a similar telephone transaction or handing you credit card over the counter in a store. When you purchase using our secure online credit card facility, you can be confident that all of your details are protected by the latest security mechanisms and are used only for the purpose of the transaction fulfilment.
All payments are securely processed through a third party payment gateway. No credit card information is stored by Jay & I Pty Ltd.

We are not responsible for any typographical errors or inaccuracies set forth in this website. The information, prices and discounts set forth herein are subject to change without notice.
By placing an order on this website you agree to and accept the terms and price specified in this website. This price may include additional delivery and other applicable charges. This offer may be accepted or rejected by Jay & I Pty Ltd for any reason, including, the unavailability of any product, an error in the price or the product description posted on this website, or an error in your order. Your contract with Jay & I Pty Ltd will only come into existence when you have fully paid for your order and Jay & I Pty Ltd provides confirmation that your order has been accepted. Confirmation will be sent via e-mail to your elected e-mail address.
We ship your orders out within 3 business days. In stock purchases usually get dispatched within the 3 business days and we will contact you if there is an issue with supply.
All shipping is $9.95, express shipping (1-2 business days Australia wide*) with Australia Post. Please note that once your order is dispatched from our store, please check the Australia Post website for tracking details. Items may need to be signed for and recommend that you have your order sent to an address where it can be signed for.
If a package does not arrive, or it arrives damaged, please contact us within fourteen days from confirmation of dispatch. We will do everything we can to assist you.
At this stage we only ship Australia wide.
We do not accept exchange on online orders. We offer a return store credit. We only accept returns from our webstore only. We do not accept returns if purchased from another website or retail store.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it within fourteen (14) days of purchase date for a credit note that can be used online or in store. Any items to be returned must be shipped/postmarked within 14 days of purchase date.
If you wish to make a return, please contact us on with your intent to return item(s) purchased. We will respond to your request and give further instructions.
It is recommended that you ship your return with your chosen courier with appropriate tracking, as we will not assume responsibility for any item which is lost or damaged. Refunds will not be given if goods are damaged by you, this includes damage caused by inadequate packaging by you when returning goods. Once we receive your return, we will contact you and arrange your credit note if applicable.
Return shipping cost, theft or loss is the customer’s liability. There may be additional charges for postage on the new item.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. A refund will be given for any goods which are faulty upon arrival.
Sale items are non exchangeable and non refundable.
Due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on earrings.
Please be aware, if the item has been worn or damaged it will not be accepted as a return. All products must be returned in their own undamaged box or pouch.
We offer a three (3) month warranty on all goods sold online with proof of purchase. Our warranty covers faulty items, not wear and tear of the jewellery. Please be in touch, with proof of purchase and an image of the fault, and items will be replaced at our discretion or a store credit note issued.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS –
Sterling Silver - The nature of sterling silver is that it will tarnish and discolour over time. Exposure to moisture, humidity, acidity from skin, and exposure to such things as soaps and perfumes can all cause the silver to discolour. Regular cleaning though with a silver polishing cloth, will keep your piece looking beautiful for years to come.
Gold Plated Sterling Silver – All of our jewellery which is plated, is sterling silver and can be either yellow gold plated or rose gold plated. It is suitable for occasional wear only. Refer to sterling silver care instructions as it applies to plated products also. It can be washed with warm soapy water or polished with a soft cloth. Do not rub vigorously or the plating could be removed.
9 & 18 Carat Gold – Keep your gold away from harsh chemicals like household cleaning fluids, as they create abrasion and reduce the lustre of the metal. Always protect your jewellery from sharp blows, scratching, prolonged sunlight, heat/cold. Your metal will age and tarnish over time so clean your jewellery regularly with warm soapy water and/or a polishing cloth. Avoid chlorinated water, cleaning, gardening and performing sporting activities as these can cause damage to your pieces of jewellery.
Rhodium Plated - Rhodium plated jewellery has a thin layer of metal on top of sterling silver or gold and gives it a shiny and bright finish. Rhodium plating will eventually fade and need to be re-plated. Do not let your jewellery come into contact with nail polish removers, creams, perfume or hairspray. As with all of your jewellery, clean your jewellery regularly with warm soapy water and/or a polishing cloth.
